How integrations work, in plain terms
When you connect an integration, two things happen:- Your agent learns what’s in the connected system. For a booking tool, that means it knows your services, your staff, and what’s actually bookable.
- Your agent can take action. It can create a booking, look up a customer, or update a record — without you doing anything afterwards.
