Verbu becomes more useful when it can do things in your existing tools — check a calendar, create a booking, look up a customer. The integrations in this section let your agent do that on the phone, while it’s still talking to the caller.

Look up customers, check availability, and make bookings in Gecko Booking during a call.

Cal.com

How integrations work, in plain terms

When you connect an integration, two things happen:
  1. Your agent learns what’s in the connected system. For a booking tool, that means it knows your services, your staff, and what’s actually bookable.
  2. Your agent can take action. It can create a booking, look up a customer, or update a record — without you doing anything afterwards.
You don’t need to write any code. You log in, give Verbu permission, and pick what you want the agent to be able to do.
