Building your first agent

Name your agent, pick a voice, decide what it should be able to do, and put it on a phone number or your website.

What you’ll need

  • An invite to your Verbu workspace (or your own account)
  • A rough idea of what you want the agent to help with — answering common questions, taking messages, transferring calls, booking appointments, or all of the above
  • Anywhere between five and fifteen minutes
That’s it. You don’t need to write code, draft a script, or train a model. Verbu handles the technical parts.
