Building your first agent
Name your agent, pick a voice, decide what it should be able to do, and put it on a phone number or your website.
What you’ll need
- An invite to your Verbu workspace (or your own account)
- A rough idea of what you want the agent to help with — answering common questions, taking messages, transferring calls, booking appointments, or all of the above
- Anywhere between five and fifteen minutes
